We may send you a monthly statement if applicable. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of any submission by you or your dental office. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual proced
Our practice works very closely with your dentist or oral surgeon to provide any financial details prior to provision of care. Most of the time, the dentist or oral surgeon will be the provider coordinating and receiving payment. On some occasions, our team will reach out directly for payment.
Above payment policies are a guideline and subject to each office’s policies and are subject to change. We will provide an invoice and description of our professional anesthesia services rendered in order that you may submit to your insurance company.
