We love to see you smile. Really, we do.  Oral Surgery Anesthesia Associates is a physician led organization that is dedicated and committed to providing the safest and most appropriate anesthetic for oral surgery, dental, and oral maxillofacial patients receiving anesthetic care in the office based and outpatient setting.

OSAA embodies the words quality, safety, and service. Its founder is Dr. Stanford R. Plavin MD, a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist who has over 20 plus years of clinical anesthesia experience and expertise focusing on the office based and surgery center settings. He was a contributing party involved in creating the state of Georgia’s office based anesthesia and surgery guidelines and was a former president of the Georgia Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
