Note: Oral Surgery Anesthesia Associates will provide a bill for individual’s to submit to their insurance companies if requested. OSAA will bill separately from the oral surgeon, dentist, and the facility for their professional fees. Costs of our services will be estimated in advance and will be expected 5-7 days prior to or at the time of service. OSAA works closely with each facility to ensure that this process is followed. If monies are collected by the facility or site of service, then they should be contacted for any specific invoices or bills requested.
